    Terms and Conditions


    This website is operated by Antti Limited ("we", "us" or "our”). All purchases made on this web site are governed by these Terms and Conditions at any time although the Terms and Conditions governing any given purchase will be those in effect at the date of your order. If you order goods after we have published the changes you will be bound by those changes. Accordingly, you should check prior to each order to ensure that you understand the precise terms and conditions applicable to your purchase. To assist you in determining whether the Terms and Conditions have changed since your most recent order we will display the date when these Terms and Conditions were most recently updated.

    We will confirm acceptance of your order. This will occur either by message on the website immediately after you have confirmed your order, or by us sending an e-mail to the email address you have provided to us. We may do both, in which case the acceptance will occur on whichever arrives sooner of the web message and the email. At this point the purchase contract will be made and we will supply the goods to you in accordance with your order and these Terms and Conditions.


    All prices are in UK Pounds and are inclusive of VAT where applicable, at the current rate. The price of the items will be as quoted on the website at the time you confirm your order, subject only to any inadvertent technical error for which we will not be liable. If you subsequently amend your order, the prices charged will be those applicable to the amended item(s) at the time that the amended order is confirmed. Please note that as promotions are offered for a limited period of time subsequent amendments to your order may mean that certain promotions are no longer being offered. The price of the goods does not include a charge for delivery.


    Although we try our best to hold stock of all the items advertised for sale on our site this cannot be guaranteed so that by acknowledging receipt of your order, we are not creating a binding contract to supply what you have ordered but which we do not have in stock. The content of the site is managed and therefore any products that are out of stock should be highlighted.

    In the event of unavailability for whatever reason, we will keep you informed of our position when we receive your order and we will await your subsequent instructions.


    Orders will normally be dispatched within 24 hours. Wherever possible, orders received before 3PM will be dispatched the same day. Normal postal lead times are: UK destinations 2-3 working days, but please allow up to 21 days for delivery. We will always do our best to inform you about any delays.

    Note: Working days are Monday - Friday and exclude Bank Holidays.


    • Please make sure your order is thoroughly revised over before you finalise and place your order.
    • Exchange & refund 14 DAYS from when the product is received
    • All returns must be sent back to us within a 14 DAY period of submitting your return request.
    • All items must be returned in the original packaging unworn.
    • Returned items must be in a perfect resalable condition.
    • NO REFUND will be given for any items that go missing in the post.
    • For hygiene purposes, NO REFUND OR EXCHANGES will be given for items that have been worn or washed and / or have cigarette smoke, body odour, makeup and any other stains, aftershave and perfume.
    • No REFUND OR EXCHANGES will be given for items that have been damaged.
    • The Purchase receipt MUST be included with the item you are returning in order for us to validate and process your refund.
    • If you decide to return your products to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them in transit and, for this reason, we recommend that you use a tracked delivery service that insures you for returning the item and also obtains proof of postage.
    • If returned products are lost or damaged in transit, we reserve the right not to refund any amounts attributable to for such loss or damage

    Please note that the returns procedure must be followed, and failure to do so may result in us being unable to exchange goods or provide refunds. Also, please be aware that we cannot be held responsible and provide refunds/exchanges on stock affected by circumstances beyond our control.


    We will give you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy (excluding the original delivery charges and excluding the costs of returning the product to us).

    We will refund any money due using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

    We will process the refund as soon as possible however this process may take up to 14 working days following the day we receive your returned product(s).


    We can only exchange an item for a different size or colour in the same style or for a different product of the same price as the original item.

    Return Information: Please ensure all packages are sent back recorded delivery, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in return transit. You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under this policy.

    Please note that the returns procedure must be followed in accordance of the terms and conditions.
